We have successfully mediated hundreds of cases dealing with issues including Child Find, failure to provide appropriate placement in the least restrictive environment, failure to provide appropriate supports, failure to provide appropriate designated instructional services, failure to draft meaningful goals in all areas of unique need, failure to implement services in an IEP, and failure to provide appropriate behavioral programs, to name a few. We have also successfully represented Student's in due process hearings against school districts as well as fair hearings against Regional Centers.
