Self-Observation of Your Child's Educational Program

We strongly believe that Parents are the best experts in regard to their children's needs. If you feel that your child is not making the academic, vocational, social, or self help progress that they are capable of, more than likely, their educational program is not appropriate.
What our office has experienced in representation of our clients is that many parents are uninformed of their federal and state safeguards.
This obstructs parent's ability to self-advocate for their children, and secure them an appropriate educational program.  In many instances Parents assume that their local education agency is the best fit for their children's educational progress.  Many parents trust the educational program offered by the district.  However with budget cuts on the rise in a dramatic fashion, parents need to ensure their child's civil rights.
